Level 1- Once a stylist has completed school and our exceptional training program, they graduate to Level 1. They typically have 2 years or less of experience at Element or beyond licensing.
Level 2- Once a stylist has reached certain expertise and milestones, they graduate to Level 2. They typically have 2+ years of experience at Element and are booked out 1-2+ weeks at a time.
Level 3- Our highest level of artists. They have mastered their craft and are helping pass their knowledge down to others. They possibly have a waiting list at this time that you can join for when we do have openings.
